Detectives have obtained an arrest warrant for Montoya for Aggravated Robbery and First Degree Burglary. Police are asking for your help in locating Montoya. He is a Hispanic Male, 5’10” 190 lbs., Brown eyes, Brown hair, with several tattoos to include “Old English” on his neck and a Clown and “Montoya” on his left arm. Daniel Montoya is believed to be in the Denver or Pueblo area, and he is considered to be armed and dangerous. If you have any information regarding the location of Daniel Montoya please contact Crime Stoppers at 720-913-STOP (7867) or call our Dispatch center at 720-913-2000. Please do not attempt to approach or contact this extremely dangerous party.

Previous Release November 9, 2009 Denver Police want the assistance of the community to help identify the man featured in the picture below. He is suspected of armed robbery. Two armed gunmen kicked the front door of the victim’s home and ordered the family to get down. One of the victims recognized one of the gunmen to be a local rapper “Gorilla” that he had previously met. The victim met the local rapper “Gorilla” when he was given a DENVER’S MOST WANTED VOL. 3 album postcard. The victim then contacted “Gorilla” in March to sell him some of his own CDs. During that contact, “Gorilla” robbed him of items to include his Identification Card). While inside the families’ home, the local rapper stole various items from the family. The armed gunmen left in unknown direction.
