I believe my extensive background in aircraft production operations and project management would be perfect fit for this position. As I have highlighted below, my vast experience in project management and autonomous self-starting roles range from multi-national partner training to leading a team for national air show schedule. Given my extensive background and working experience in the diverse F-35 organizations, I believe I would be a valuable asset to your organization. The Williams International mission would benefit from my proven success in:
Developed Iraqi F-16 technical training courses and accumulated 400+ hours as Iraqi crew chief instructor Lead Egress, Electrical, and Hydraulic & Fuels sections as Flight Chief. Responsible for 85 personnel, all maintenance efforts of 54 F-16s and $10 million in equipment. Selected by Air Combat Command as F-16 Viper Heritage Flight Team Superintendent. Managed all F-16 maintenance actions, public affairs events, and schedules for eight air shows nationwide. Orchestrated Afghan pilot English language training program. Working completely autonomously and reporting directly to command level coalition and NATO commanders, I managed all in-country pilot language training and testing. Outstanding communicator. Air Force qualified Instructor and Instructor Supervisor. 3000+ podium hours and expert on Instructional Systems Designs and courseware development. It is my goal to gain employment within a great company like Williams International.
