DECLARATION OF GIFT I, CHANDAN AMRUITLAL FURIA, Hindu Inhabitant of Mumbai do hereby declare as under :1.
That I have made a gift of Rs. 40,000/- (Rupees. Forty Thousand lakh only) to BHAVESH AMRUITLAL FURIA (HUF) out of natural love and affection which I bear towards the members of the Family.

That for this purpose, I have handed over a Cheque No. 017359 for Rs. 40,000/(Rupees. Forty Tthousand only) drawn on The New India Co.operative Bank Ltd., Ghatkopar East Branch dated 27-06-2009 to BHAVESH A. FURIA in his capacity as Karta of BHAVESH A. FURIA HINDU UNDIVIDED FAMILY.

That the referred amount of Rs. 40,000/- was my Individual Property, and after the said gift, I have no claim whatsoever on the said amountsaid amount or its income.
4.
That henceforth, I shall have no right, title or interest in the said amount which I have gifted to the BHAVESH A. FURIA (HUF) and that the HUF is entitled to receive and enjoy its income for the benefit of all members of his Undivided Family.
5.
That I am assessed to Income Tax vide PAN No. AAAPF 6338 C.

That the above said statements are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.

Forty Tthousand only) as a gift to my HUF from SMT. CHANDAN AMRUITLAL FURIA and I accept the same for and on behalf of my Hindu Undivided Family. MUMBAI DATED :
