This is one of those trick questions well but it has a simple answer, firstly u need to avoid the extreme ans like DEATH,PERSONAL ,REASONS, ETC.., but also at the same time not be minimum in your ans that is BETTER JOB OFFERS, etc, but the ans is ,"I would leave this job only if it tries or restricts my creativity and makes my working area restricted to old methods i.e if i wanna get some new ideas in my job and i have no one to hear them or give me their advice then i wud leave this job". ________________ There can't be any particular answer for this question. But one thing one shouldnt be saying is that not to say anything bad either about the people or the managers or the company. Also don't say that you have lost the interest in doing that job.
