Ex: He was not worked since he injured his leg. Write “S” before the phrases below if they are full sentences and put the proper punctuation after. ___2. It is follows by a period. ex)Insects have 6 legs. -An interrogative sentence asks a question. It is followed by a question mark. ex)What are you doing? -An imperative sentence expresses a command or request. It is followed by a period. ex)Open the window. -An exclamatory sentence expresses strong emotion. It also expresses a command or request that is made with great excitement. It is followed by an exclamation point. ex)The grass is on fire! Hurry over here! Write “D” if the sentence is a declarative, “IN” if the sentence is interrogative, “IM” if the sentence is imperative or “EX” if the sentence is exclamatory.
