Objectives must be meet over the week and connected to the curriculum standards. To meet the objectives, necessary procedures must be followed and if needed, additional lessons, exercises and remedial activities may be done for developing content knowledge and competencies. These are using Formative Assessment strategies. Valuing objectives support the learning of content and competencies and enable children to find significance and joy in learning the lessons. Weekly objectives shall be derived from the curriculum guides.

Grade Level: 7 Learning Area: MAPEH/ARTS

The student will: 1.Research on the history of printmaking in the Philippines during pre-hispanic times, the Spanish occupation and up to the present. Make a creative presentation with the group in history of printmaking in the Phil.,including sample of different prints from the different historical periods or a presentation on the different kinds of printmaking techniques.



At the end of this module student are expected to: 1.Understand the role of printmaking in the Phil. History and culture.



Printmaking Process In The Philippines





Appreciate and compare the unique characteristic an of prints made in the Philippines and the contemporary prints using different techniques. Know and differentiate the print making techniques











Make simple prints from available media





Present report on the evolution of printmaking in the Phil.

These steps should be done across the week. Spread out the activities appropriately so that students will learn well. Always be guided by demonstration of learning by the students which you can infer from formative assessment activities. Sustain learning systematically by providing students with multiple ways to learn new things, practice their learning, question their learning processes, and draw conclusions about what they learned in relation to their life experiences and previous knowledge. Indicate the time allotment for each step. Ask students that   different prints they have seen and what was the source of the print.
