Born and raised in Solano County, George Rivera graduated from Fairfield High School and continued his education at Chapman University earning a B.A. in Political Science with an emphasis in American Politics. The Rivera family has been a small business owner in the City of Fairfield for two generations. Mr. Rivera has been an independent business owner for over 8 years in the mortgage industry. Mr. Rivera can bring to the office a diverse collection of viewpoints and experiences. He supports an active & vibrant business community that gives back to the citizens of Fairfield through jobs, donations, time, and personal involvement. Mr. Rivera will bring fresh ideals for the Fairfield youth, more entertainment for family, and local government that works for the people not just the few.
