Fundraiser Rules

Fundraiser Rules The Talon Dance Team has now adopted a set of rules for any fundraisers that will be for the benefit of the Talon Dance Team. These rules will apply to all fundraisers that will include the Talon Dancers or use the Talon Dance Team name. Please read them carefully. Non-Booster Club Fundraisers for the Benefit of the Talon Dance Team: All non-booster club fundraisers that will use the VVHS Talons Dance Team name or benefit the Talons Dance Team either directly or indirectly must be approved by the coach two weeks prior to the fundraiser date. This includes any fundraisers done by Talon Dancers, parents / legal guardians or any friends or family of Talon Dancers. Furthermore, all fundraisers using the VVHS Talons Dance Team name must be open to all Talon Dancers and parents. A Talon Dancer or parent not wishing to participate in a fundraiser must decline in writing. No individual or small group fundraisers will be allowed to use the Talon Dance Team name in any way, shape or form. Booster Club Fundraisers Involving the Talon Dancers: All booster club fundraisers that would like participation of the Talon Dancers must be approved by the coach two weeks prior to the fundraiser date. Fundraisers on VVHS Property, APS Guidelines and General Rules: Any fundraisers done on Volcano Vista High School property must first be approved by the coach and then approved by the VVHS Activities Director. Fundraisers on campus must follow APS guidelines. Food sold or distributed on campus must follow the APS Nutritional Guidelines. Raffle tickets, or any other form of gambling, may not be sold by any member of the Talons Dance Team (check rules for raffle tickets sold through booster club).

I understand the Talon Dance Team Fundraising Rules. I also understand that these are subject to change at any time without notice.
