Any and all incidental charges (i.e., parking costs, tolls, etc.) will be billed to owner. Owner or on-site representative is responsible for any staging of property that may be necessary. Property will be photographed "as is" upon arrival. 3. Photos will reflect the property's best marketable qualities, but may not necessarily include every space. 4. Property owner understands that Charm City Virtual Tours has full discretion of selected photos. Charm City Virtual Tours reserves the right to include or exclude scenes based on the condition of the property and the selected photography package. 5. Cancellation Policy: Customer may cancel up to 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment by notifying Charm City Virtual Tours with no additional charge. If no notification is provided and photographer arrives at scheduled appointment and is prevented from completing the job due to Realtor/Representative not being present or the property is not ready for the shoot, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $25. 6. Inclement Weather Policy: If inclement weather prevents the shoot, Charm City Virtual Tours will reschedule the shoot with no cancellation fees. 7. All tours are non-transferable. 8. 50% of total must be paid in order to schedule photography. The remaining balance must be paid prior to photos being made available. 9. Tour text edits will be completed upon request at no additional charge. Tour modifications requiring additional photography will be subject to a minimum fee of $25. 10. Information contained within a tour is deemed accurate but not reliable or guaranteed. 11. All terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
