300ml cold milk 1 small pot of plain yoghurt

Method
1. Put apron on and wash hands 2. Gather equipment and ingredients – make sure you are well-organised before starting 3. Prepare, peel, chop and slice fruit. Remove green tops
4.Put fruit into mixing bowl -

cover fruit in lemon juice Clear away workspace
6.
Put fruit and yoghurt into blender
7. Blend for 30-45 seconds 8. Add milk and continue to blend until smooth
9.Pour into airtight
container and place in fridge 10.Clear away, wash and dry up
