French dressing

: Olive oil , little mustard , Vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper, Mix well until smooth, add chopped garlic.

Thousand island

: Mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, chopped onion, chopped capsicum, Chopped parsley, seasoning.

Pepper Sauce

: Saute chopped shallot, add crush green pepper and black pepper, Add white wine, reduce, add demiglace, reduce, add cream, season with salt and pepper, finish with butter.

Methods

: Kaldu Sapi 4 litre Bawang Bombay 100 gr Butter 2 tbs Flour 1 Cup Cream 1 Can Garam merica, bay leaf L&P Sauce, Thyme Parsley 10 pcs : Saute onion, add flour, cook 10 minutes until become roux, put stock and simmer 15-20 minute. Season salt pepper, bay leaf (1 pcs) L&P Sauce 1 1 tbs, little thyme. After 20 minute, strain the soup, add cream and sliced musroom.

Barbecue sauce

: Mix ½ litre (2cups) tomato sauce with 4 tablespoon, 4-5 table spoon olive oil , few drop of Tabasco sauce, ½ teaspoon curry powder, 1 table spoon chopped herb(chive ,tarragon parsley, and chervil) and 1 table spoon very pinely chop spring onion, mix all ingredient thorughtly, season with salt and sprinkle with pepper.
