homework 1st. grade

The nouns are: people: boy, baby, she, they, sister, etc... places: house, school, hospital, park, mall, etc... things:

chair, book, pencil, lamp, top, mop, etc...

animals: lion, turtle, dog, cat, elephant, rino, etc... An adjective is a word that describes the noun: fisical adj. fat, tall, old, ugly, short, pretty, young, thin.

feelings adj. thirsty, hungry, happy, tired, sad, hot, cold.

A verb is all action that we can do: draw, move, circle, write, color, read, clap, walk, run. sing, stand up, sit down, open, close.

Exercice: Underline the noun red, the verb blue and adjective green, in this sentences. 1.- My cat is black. 2.- They read a book. 3.- I run fast in the park. 4.- The lion is big. 5.- We write the homework. 6.- The door is open. 7.- I color my book. 8.- The hospital is withe. 9.- In the zoo I look an elephant, a monkey, a lion and a zeebra.

10.- The mounster is ugly, fat and tall.
