Job Description Responsibilities 

 

To realize recordings in the accounts of the company's financial accounting operations in accordance with the legislation in force and with internal procedures of the specific company. To take part in actualizing and maintaining the chart of accounts, the specific accounting records. To draw up the monitoring and reconciliation reports of the expense accounts and the specific documentation for the audit process.

Financial accounting  

To maintain the accounts system and to keep the journals and ledgers of all transactions, assets and liabilities. To ensure the registration process of accounting transactions, the application of proper evaluation of assets and liabilities according to local rules as well as international, along with necessary reconciliation of the accounts and sub-accounts from the general ledger.

Payments   

To monitor the cash inflows. To forecast the payment process depending on maturities and cash in hand. To provide support for the execution of daily payments to external clients, salaries, invoices for suppliers, taxes and duties at the central/local budget, deposits, cash payments for travelling.
