What is/are you experience/s upon doing these activities? My experiences upon doing these activities which is Curtsy Lunge with Oblique Crunch and Sumo Squat with OuterThigh Pulse it really feel good to do in exercise every day. Even though it is my first to do a task in workout exercise, I can strengthen my bones like arms and shoulder. These activities, it helps us to balance in body weight training. Thursday Morning

What is/are you experience/s upon doing these activities? My experiences upon doing these activities which is jogging at morning and Standing Crunch with Under-the-leg Clap at afternoon are feel tired but it help us our health. It developed our balance and also our calves. Once again, it really tired feet but it really enjoy. It can also build strong bones, strengthen our muscle, improve cardiovascular and also balance.

My experiences upon doing these activities are challenges because it really hard to reach the point. If you can reach you feel happy because you can. This activities is like to practice that you will stand even though it really hard. It can also help to our core strength. Saturday Morning

Time: March 23, 2019 6:00 am – 6:15 am Time: March 23, 2019 12:02 pm – 12:17 pm Name of Activity: Push Up on Knees Name of Activity: Leg lifts What is/are you experience/s upon doing these activities? My experience upon doing these activities are hard which is push up on knees but it really challenge because you never give up. Joke! Honesty, it really difficult because your upper shoulder it will be exhausted. And the leg lifts is an easy to do an exercise.These activities help us to our core strength and chest progression. What is/are you experience/s upon doing these activities? My experiences upon doing these activities is fun because I can realize if my knee or foot will tired I can’t balance my body. These activities, it helps for balance and also core strength.
