JOINT WILL

We, (Retd.) Cdr. (I.N.) Jagdish Chandra Sharma, S/o. Late Shri. Keshari Lal Sharma, Indian Inhabitant, aged about 66 years, occupation service (retired) and Dr. Santosh Sharma, W/o. (Retd.) Cdr. (I.N.) Jagdish Chandra Sharma, Indian Inhabitant, aged about 62 years, occupation service (retired), both residing at D1202, D Block, 12th floor, Sector A, Jalvayu Vihar, Hiranandani Gardens, Powai, Mumbai– 400 076, declare that we have not made any prior will, codicil or any other testamentary disposition and in any case we revoke all wills, codicils and other testamentary disposition, if any, heretofore made by us, or either of us and we do hereby declare that THIS IS OUR LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT.

1. That, at present, we state that we are of perfectly sound state of physical health and disposing mind. It is certified by a recognized medical practitioner that we, the Testators are capable of making independent judgments. The contents of this Will have been read over, explained and interpreted to us and we assert that the contents herein are true and correct and they are as per our wish and instructions and therefore we hereby approve all the contents stated herein. have made this Will voluntarily and willing and without any force, coercion, undue influence from others having regard to our advanced age and also in order to avoid any unpleasant situation and to protect our children in case of our demise.

2. We have two children born out of our wedlock namely, our son, Mr. Deep Sharma, Indian Inhabitant, aged about 39 years, occupation service, residing at D-1202, D Block, 12th floor, Sector A, Jalvayu Vihar, Hiranandani Gardens, Powai, Mumbai, 400 076 and our daughter, Dr. Ruchi Sharma, a British citizen, aged about 35 years, occupation service and is currently living in USA.

3. We have mutually agreed that in the event of demise of either of us, the surviving testator shall have exclusive ownership of all assets in all forms and property, movable or immovable, self-earned or ancestral, which is owned by the deceased either individually or jointly or in which we both have any interest therein and he or she will have full authority to make changes in the will as desired by him or her without interference from any of our legal heirs. In the event of demise of both of us due to unforeseeable circumstances, we appoint Mr. Deep Sharma and Dr. Ruchi Sharma to be the executor and executrix of our will.

4. We state that we have the following immovable properties, bank accounts, PPF accounts, Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits, Demat accounts, Post office accounts, insurance policies and other investments belonging to us or either of us are specifically mentioned hereunder:

I.

DETAILS OF THE IMMOVABLE PROPERTIES BELONGING TO (RETD.) CDR. (I.N.) JAGDISH CHANDRA SHARMA: 1) A flat at D-1202, D Block, 12th floor, Sector A, Jalvayu Vihar, Hiranandani Gardens, Powai, Mumbai, 400 076 which is the selfacquired property of (Retd.) Cdr. (I.N.) Jagdish Chandra Sharma. In the event of our demise, we hereby bequeath the abovementioned immovable property to our son, Mr. Deep Sharma.

2) A residential plot of 20’ x 90’ at Plot No. 604, Heera Foundry, Ramchandrapura, Kota, Rajasthan which is owned by (Retd.) Cdr. (I.N.) Jagdish Chandra Sharma. In the event of our demise, we hereby bequeath the abovementioned immovable property to our daughter, Dr. Ruchi Sharma. 3) An agriculture land in Village Awan, Tehsil Kanwas, District Kota, State Rajasthan, India with Khasra numbers 260, 262 and 772 totaling 4.83 hectares and an agriculture land in Village Pitampura, Tehsil Kanwas, District Kota, State Rajasthan - Khasra numbers 502 and 503 totaling 1.40 hectares which are owned by (Retd.) Cdr. (I.N.) Jagdish Chandra Sharma. In the event of our demise, we hereby bequeath the above mentioned immovable properties to our son, Mr. Deep Sharma.

II.

DETAILS OF THE IMMOVABLE PROPERTIES BELONGING TO DR. SANTOSH SHARMA:

1) A flat at G 4, 001, Sukhapur, Dist. Raigarh, Panvel which is the selfacquired property of Dr. Santosh Sharma. In the event of our demise, we hereby bequeath above mentioned immovable property to our daughter Dr. Ruchi Sharma.

III.

DETAILS OF THE IMMOVABLE PROPERTIES JOINTLY OWNED BY BOTH TESTATORS:

1) Flat No. 603 Kailash Tower, Chandivali, Mumbai which is our selfacquired jointly owned property of both Testators herein. In the event of our demise, we hereby bequeath the above mentioned immovable property to our daughter, Dr. Ruchi Sharma.

2) A shop at L 176, Dreams Mall, LBS Road, Bhandup, West, Mumbai which is our self-acquired jointly owned property of both Testators herein. In the event of our demise, we hereby bequeath the above mentioned immovable property to our son, Mr. Deep Sharma.

IV.

DETAILS OF BANK SAVING ACCOUNTS AND DEMAT ACCOUNT OF (RETD.) CDR. (I.N.) JAGDISH CHANDRA SHARMA:

1) Savings Account No. 24140100005889 with Bank of Baroda, Hiranandani Gardens, Powai Branch, Mumbai. 2) Savings Account No. 002001001620 with ICICI Bank, Hiarandani Gardens, Powai Branch, Mumbai. 3) Savings Account No. 002001584975 with ICICI Bank, Hiarandani Gardens, Powai Branch, Mumbai. 4) Saving Account No. 35276298332 with State Bank of India, Hiranandani Gardens, Powai Branch, Mumbai with Locker number 894 in joint name with my wife Dr. Santosh Sharma. 5) Saving Account No. 3588000100138142 with Punjab National Bank, Chhavani Churaha Branch, Kota, Rajasthan. In the event of our demise, we hereby bequeath all investments in the form of cash in abovementioned Bank Accounts as per the nominee/s registered with the respective Banks.

6) Demat Account No. IN300183-12842947 with icicidirect.com linked to Savings Account No. 002001001620 with ICICI Bank, Hiranandani Gardens, Powai Branch, Mumbai. In the event of our demise, we hereby bequeath all investments in the form of shares and mutual funds in the above mentioned Demat Account to our son, Mr. Deep Sharma.

DETAILS OF LIFE INSURANCE POLICIES OF (RETD.) CDR. (I.N.) JAGDISH CHANDRA SHARMA:

1) Policy No. 09690140 with ICICI Prudential. 2) Policy No. 709671770 with Max Life. In the event of our demise, we hereby bequeath all proceeds and benefits of the above mentioned policies as per the nomination and in case of death of the registered nominee, then it shall be bequeathed to our son, Mr. Deep Sharma.

VI.

DETAILS OF FIXED DEPOSITS OF (RETD.) CDR. (I.N.) JAGDISH CHANDRA SHARMA IN BANKS AND POST OFFICES:

1) Post Office, IIT Powai Branch, Mumbai. 2) Bank of Baroda, Hirananadani Gardens, Powai Branch, Mumbai

3) ICICI Bank, Hiranandani Gardens, Powai Branch, Mumbai. 4) State Bank of India, PBB Hiranandani Gardens Branch, Powai, Mumbai with Locker number 894 in joint name with my wife Dr. Santosh Sharma. 5) Punjab National Bank, Mulund West Branch, Mumbai. In the event of our demise, we hereby bequeath Fixed Deposits with above mentioned banks and post office as per the nominee/s registered with the said bank and post office. We further say that Fixed Deposits in Punjab National Bank will be used for financing the medical expenses of the Testators, (Retd.) Cdr. (I.N.) Jagdish Chandra Sharma and Dr. Mrs. Santosh Sharma, as required and also for performing the last rites of Testators, (Retd.) Cdr. (I.N.) Jagdish Chandra Sharma and Dr. Mrs. Santosh Sharma, as required and after the death of both of us balance shall be bequeathed as per the nomination.

Jagdish Chandra Sharma. 2) PPF Account No. 1297 with Bank of Baroda, Hiranandani Gardens, Powai Branch, Mumbai. 3) Savings Account no. 002001020451 with ICICI Bank, Hiranandani Gardens, Powai Branch, Mumbai. 4) Savings Account No. 30100000249744-6 with The Municipal Co-op Bank Ltd, LBS Road, Bhandup Branch, Mumbai. 5) Savings Account No. 194601000003880 with Indian Overseas Bank, Powai Plaza, Powai Branch, Mumbai with locker no. 5 in joint name with my husband, (Retd.) Cdr. (I.N.) Jagdish Chandra Sharma. In the event of our demise, we hereby bequeath all investments in the form of cash in the above mentioned Bank Accounts as per the nominee/s registered with the respective banks.

6) Demat Account No. IN300183-12961985 with icicidirect.com linked to Savings Account no. 002001020451 with ICICI Bank, Hianandani Gardens, Powai Branch, Mumbai. In the event of our demise, we hereby bequeath all investments in the form of shares and mutual funds in the above mentioned Demat Account to our daughter, Dr. Ruchi Sharma.

VIII.

DETAILS OF LIFE INSURANCE POLICY OF DR. SANTOSH SHARMA:

1) Life Time Gold Policy No. 13610830 with ICICI Prudential. In the event of our demise, we hereby bequeath all proceeds and benefits of the above mentioned policy to the nominee and in case of death of the

registered nominee, then it shall be bequeathed to our daughter, Dr. Ruchi Sharma.

IX.

DETAILS OF FIXED DEPOSITS OF DR. SANTOSH SHARMA IN BANKS AND POST OFFICES:

1) Post Office, Powai Branch, Mumbai. 2) Bank of Baroda, Hiranandani Gardens, Powai Branch, Mumbai. 3) The Municipal Coop Bank Ltd, LBS Road, Bhandup Branch, Mumbai. 4) ICICI Bank, Hiranandani Gardens, Powai Branch, Mumbai. 5) Indian Overseas Bank, Powai Branch, Mumbai. In the event of our demise, we hereby bequeath fixed deposits in above mentioned banks and post office as per the nominee/s registered with the said bank and post office.

X.

BANK LOCKERS:

1) Locker number 364 in Bank of Baroda, Powai, Mumbai. 2) Locker number 894 in State bank of India, Powai, Mumbai. 3) Locker number 5 in Indian Overseas Bank, Powai, Mumbai. That the above mentioned Bank Lockers are in our joint names. The contents of the Bank Lockers are bequeathed as per nomination of the respective Bank Lockers.

XI.

DETAILS OF OTHER INVESTMENTS OF BOTH TESTATORS:

We state that all other properties and investments including but not limited to mutual funds, bonds, investments, policies, fixed deposits and any investment which we possess, own or may be found to be possessed or owned by us after our demise, which is not explicitly mentioned above and/or no nominee has been registered will be bequeathed equally between our son, Mr. Deep Sharma and our daughter, Dr. Ruchi Sharma. 5. We state that we have made this Will with a view to place our children as the sole beneficiaries in the event of our demise and no other relative or friend or well-wisher or any other persons can raise a claim to all the above mentioned assets or any other assets belonging to us.

6. We state that this Will shall be deemed to come into force only after our death. We state that there is no other claimant to our movable and immovable properties except our son, Mr. Deep Sharma and our daughter, Dr. Ruchi Sharma after our death.

7. That this Will is made in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra and is irrevocable until changed and amended by both of us jointly or in case of demise of any one of us then by the surviving Testator. The basic essence of this Will shall remain unchanged and this Will shall remain in effect even with future changes in any asset which shall be attached as an amendment to this present one which shall be executed by the way of a codicil to this present Will. That this Will shall be admissible in accordance with bye laws of the cooperative housing societies, if any or other government bodies and authorities wherein the properties or other assets are held or located.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, We, the Testators, (Retd.) Cdr. (I.N.) Jagdish Chandra Sharma (Husband) and Dr. Santosh Sharma (Wife), while being in sound physical and mental health have hereunto set our hands to this Last Will and Testament at Mumbai, on this 6th day of February in the year two thousand and seventeen (2017).
