Transfer of Plot in favour of SMT. SUPARNA HANDA wife of Shri Rahul Puri and SHRI RAHUL PURI son of Shri Prem Kumar Puri, both resident of E-191, Richmond Park, DLF Phase – IV, Gurugram – 122002, Haryana, Haryana for Setting up a project of Manufacturing of HOME FURNISHING PRODUCTS

Dear Sir/Madam, This is in reference to Letter no. HSIIDC/IMT/ESTATE/2019/4783 dated 06.02.2019 wherein HSIIDC/Corporation has agreed in principal to transfer the Plot bearing no. 425, Sector – 08, measuring 4050 Sq.Mtr., situated at Industrial Estate IMT MANESAR, Gurugram, subject to the compliance of certain conditions, In this regards, we would like to submit as under :1. TRANSFER FEE (Plus GST) of Rs. 14,39,828/- has already been paid alongwith interest, a copy of bank challan/receipt is Attached Herewith for your kind reference and records. 2. PROCESSING FEE of Rs. 10,000/- has already been paid on 12.02.2019, a receipt of same is Attached Herewith for your kind reference and records 3. AGREEMENT (3 sets) duly executed by the Transferee(s) to comply with all the rules and regulations of HSIIDC as applicable on said plot from time to time including terms & conditions of provisional transfer, Industrial Policy of the State Government and Estate Management Procedures-2015 (EMP-2015) of HSIIDC. 4. A copy of AFFIDAVIT’s duly executed by the Transferor(s) Shri MSS Srinath and Shri AJ Parsad for and on behalf of M/s HBL Power Systems Limited, for confirming the Transaction of Sale and for appearing in person before Estate Manager, HSIIDC Ltd., Gurgaon, are Enclosed Herewith for your kind reference and records. 5. Certified True Copy of executed SALE DEED in favour of the Transferee(s) is enclosed herewith for your kind reference and records. 6. AFFIDAVIT and INDEMNITY BOND executed by Allottee/Transferor as per standard format for indemnifying corporation for any loss arising out of proposed transfer is Enclosed Herewith. 7. UNDERTAKING and INDEMNITY BOND executed by Proposed Transferee(s) as per standard format for indemnifying corporation for any loss arising out of proposed transfer is Enclosed Herewith. 8. AFFIDAVIT executed by the Allottee/Transferor(s) stating that there is no Bank Loan / Lien of any Financial Institution is pending on this plot, at present. ( Enclosed Herewith ) Page | 1

9. AFFIDAVIT for No Construction Voilation and No Zoning Voilatation and no excess coverage at Site executed by Transferor(s) ( Attached Herewith ) 10. MCA record regarding the shareholding/directors details of the Allottee/Transferor(s) company from the date of change in constitution to till date, duly certified by the statutory Autiodors / Chartered Accountant of the company have already been submitted to HSIIDC/Corporation. 11. Enclosed herewith an Undertaking executed by the Transferee(s), stating that :a. That the Transferee(s) shall approach to the HSIIDC for approvals of increased in FAR b. Firm/company will be governed by EMP - 2015 c. That the provisional transfer conveys only technical permission d. That the plot-premises shall be utilized for approved industrial activity/project. e. That the basement shall only be utilized for parking, storage & utilities and not for any other activity. 12. WATER DUES of Rs. 9338/- has already been paid on 11.02.2019, a receipt of same is Attached Herewith for your kind reference and records In view of the above, I/we hereby request you to kindly do the needful to issue Re-Allotment Letter in our favour namely SMT. SUPARNA HANDA wife of Shri Rahul Puri and SHRI RAHUL PURI son of Shri Prem Kumar Puri, both resident of E-191, Richmond Park, DLF Phase – IV, Gurugram – 122002, Haryana, as all the condition of Provisional Transfer Permission Letter has/have been complied.
