THE MOST INTRIGUING ASPECT OF HIS WORK IS THE MIXTURE OF .MATERIALS USED IN BUILDINGS .COMBING UNFINISHED RUBBLE WITH CERAMIC TILES HE USED BROKEN TILES FOR TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL REASONS ,SQUARE TILES COULD NOT MATCH SUCH A WAVY SHAPE AND SQUARE TILES WOULD HAVE COST TO MUCH. IT WAS CHEAPER TO .USE BROKEN TILES FROM THE CERAMICS FABRICS

VIEWS OF VAULTS WHEN APPROACHES TO THE CENTRE OF CRYPT i.e. THE ALTAR, THE FIRST REACTION .IS TO DUCK THE PILLARS SLANT SO SHARPLY THAT NO ONE CAN THINK .THAT IT GOING TO COLLAPSE GAUDI DESIGNED A MODEL TO UNDERSTAND HOW THE PILLARS AND ARCHES WOULD .BEAR THE LOADS

AVOID HEIGHTINING IN THE DESIGN AS ALREADY FRAGILE SENSE .CONVEYED BY THE VALUTED CEILING .NUMEROUS ARCHES MASONED IN BRICK IN CEILING .THIS WAY THE ROOF SEEMS LIGHTER

STAIRCASE A PINE TREE STANDS ON THE .SITE GAUDI RAN THE STAIRS AROUND .IT THE WINDING STAIRS, FORMED, LEADING AROUND THE CRYPT AND ENHANCE NATURAL RURA OF THE BUILDING AS A .WHOLE

CHANCLEL ITSELF ENCIRLCED BY A U-SHAPED HALL, WHICH CONDRICTS THE NATURE OF .CRYPT THE PILLARS BRANCH IN NUMEROUS ANGLES AT THE .TOP THIS HALL OF PILLARS GRADUALLY APPROACHES TO .THE CHURCH THE PILLARS REFLECT THE STRUCTURE OF PINE FOREST i.e. GRADUAL TRANSITION FROM NATURE TO .ARCHITECTURE

.THE FAÇADE IS DOMINATED BY A HUGE BLOCK OF GRANITE COVER THE FLOOR OF THE CHURCH AND SIDEWALKS WITH GRAY MARBLE SLABS THE CRYPT IS BUILD IN BASALTIC STONE BRICKS WITH MOSAICS WHO .”OFFER AN APPEARANCE OF "ARCHAIC

WINDOWS TREATMENT

THE WINDOWS JUT OUT OVER THE WALLS, AND IN THE UPPER PART OF THE DOOR A CERAMIC COMPOSITION SHOW THE FOUR CARDINAL .VIRTUES

CONCLUSION THIS BUILDING WAS FOR GAUDÍ A TEST FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF HIS BIGGEST WORK BECAUSE HE HAD BEEN TESTING DIFFERENT ARCHITECTURAL SOLUTIONS IN IT, LATER APPLIED IN THAT OTHER .TEMPLE

PATH WAYS THE TERRAIN WAS TOO STEEP FOR ROADS AND .PATHS GAUDI DECIDED NOT TO HAVE PARTS OF THE .HILL LEVELED HE DESIGNED THE STREETS IN THE FORM OF VIADUCTS AND .CAVERNED PASSAGES THE SPLENDING GLEAMING CERAMIC COVERINGS WERE COMPOSED BY .MEANS OF A COLLAGE

BENCHES

. HE USED THE UNIQUE SHAPE OF BENCHES THE BENCHES ARE TILED AND IN ORDER TO DRY UP QUICKLY .AFTER IT RAINS

CONCLUSION IF NATURE PREORDAINED A CERTAIN FORM, THAN IT CAN ADOPT IN .ARCHITECTURE .THIS PARK EXHIIBIT THE GREATEST PROXIMITY TO NATURE
