Dear All We at Pulse 2009 are proud to present, for the first time, an Undergraduate Research Extravaganza which will give an opportunity to the ignited minds to exhibit their efforts in research before the largest congregation of medical students in the Indian subcontinent. We hope that this will go a long way in encouraging aspiring researchers in their ingenious projects and will inspire the uninitiated to explore their latent energies. Research in the field of medicine in India has always lagged behind due to paucity of funds, understaffed hospitals and doctors overworked with patient care. We believe that the onus of establishing India in the arena of Medical Research lies with the Medical youth more than anybody else. We, hence, solicit an enthusiastic response from your college.
