Field Trip Permission

PERMISSION SLIP On Wednesday, 8 October 2008, the 7th Grade will be going on a field trip to  Smith’s Fork, on the south end, to meet with the Forest Service and Wyoming Game and  Fish to observe the affects of a controlled burn made several years ago and learn about  fish habitat reclamation.  The students will need the following items: 1. a warm coat or jacket 2.  good hiking shoes 3.  lunch and snacks 4.  notebook or clipboard 5.    pencil or pen We will be gone the entire day but will be back in time for the students to ride the regular  3:30 bus. If you have any questions please call Julie Aagard or Scott Erickson at 885­5208.  Please sign the bottom and return to school with your student.  STUDENTS  WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO GO WITHOUT THIS SIGNED  PERMISSION SLIP.
