Gary & Andrea Dyck – Language learning is like a three-legged stool: It’s essential to be balanced in good lessons, diligent review and growing relationships in the host culture. Pray that Gary & Andrea will learn things in their lessons that will be helpful and that they will be motivated to keep working at review and listening to files. Both of them are introverts and especially need courage, time, and good opportunities to get out and meet with people to practice language and make friends. Scott & Elisa Peters – Scott & Elisa arrived in their new country in August and began studying the language. Pray for motivation when it feels like it’s slow going and quick minds to remember what they’re learning. Sometimes living in a new place can be exciting and fun, other times it can be very frustrating and lonely. Pray for increasing joy and peace in all circumstances, and a love for the people around them.
