We hereby certify that the following resolution were passed at the meeting of board of Directors Held on 09/09/2009 which is accordance with our Association. Resolved 1) That a Current Deposit Account be opened with Indian Overseas Bank, Hong Kong. 2) Society all money deposited with or owing by the bank on any account or accounts at any time or times kept or to be kept in the name of the society and the amount of all cheque, note bill other negotiable instruments, order or receipt provide they are signed by any one of Virani Rameshkumar (chairman ) Zaveri Rakesh (Vice chairman ) Shah Rajeshkumar (Treasurer) For the time being of the Society .
