Aims & Objective Of Event
“ To promote our services to potential customers”. Events are an excellent way of getting messages to specific groups of people and helping to build useful relationships with other organisations. To get good media coverage and a good way of extending and exploiting national advertising campaigns.
Who are going to be invited Invitations sends to around 100 Top Level Management of reputed organizations like Nike,Adidas,Titan,NCR, IBM,Kotak,Allensolly etc. 20% clients are giving us business of Rs. 1 Lac P.M. 30% clients are giving us business of Up to Rs.10 Lac P.M. 50% clients are giving a business to our competitors.

Light & Sounds systems get managed by “TSC Sound craft” a one stop provider for events who having more than 15 years of experience with more than 200 successful shows .
Dinner & Drinks Arrangement Dinner Arrangement : In dinner you will get various types of Indian, Chinese & continental dishes. Special South Indian dishes will also get arranged by “Rain Tree Hotel”. Drinks Arrangement : We having a special “Havana – Lounge Bar with Dance Floor ” in the hotel itself which is again going to arranged by “Rain Tree Hotel” where you can enjoy your drinks along with the Dance Floor.
