Terms and Conditions

: ALCOHOLIC DRINKS Alcohol is strictly prohibited for any functions held in PNB ILHAM Resort. The Management reserves the right to confiscate any alcoholic drinks, if found, before or during any functions. These items will be returned to the organizer after the event has ended. FUNCTION SPACE The Resort reserves the right in its absolute discretion to reallocate the function room originally booked and stated in the confirmation letter should the need arise. DAMAGES/MISSING The Resort reserves the right to charge for any damages/missing done to any part of the Resort premises or equipment. NO COOKING Please take note that cooking is not allowed in our apartments. The Resort does not allow home cooked food ‘brought in’ into apartments/function and as well as ‘take away’ food from buffet/set meals is also prohibited.

DEPOSIT A deposit at RM 1,000.00 for confirmation of booking is required before/on the cut off date given by PNB ILHAM Resort. Balance deposit at 50% of grand total minus RM 1,000.00 is to be received by PNB ILHAM Resort before/on date given. Balance of the payment is to be received not later than 7 working days prior to group arrival. Additional charges needs to be settled in full upon checkout. GUARANTEED GUESTS/PARTICIPANTS/ REDUCTION A guaranteed number of guests or participants for the function is required upon date of confirmation or not latter than 7 working days prior to the date of function. Should the actual number of guests higher than guaranteed number of guests, the actual number of guests will be charged. Should the actual attendance be lower than the guaranteed guests, the guaranteed number of guests will be charged. CANCELLATION / POSTPONE In the event of cancellation or postpone, a written notice is required by PNB ILHAM Resort not later than 21 working days prior to the date of function. Failing to do so, 50% of the estimated cost shall be charged. Cancellation or postpone made less than 7 working days, a 100% of the total estimated cost shall be charged.

PAYMENT PNB ILHAM Resort only accept cash, Visa, Master Card and Amex, local order for government sector and company cheques.
