SPECIAL EVENTS… RACQUETBALL LESSONS It’s fun! It’s easy to learn! It’s a great workout! There is a whole new generation of racquetball players just looking for fresh competition! Private lessons by appt! Y Member $10/Hr General Public $15/Hr RACQUETBALL TOURNAMENT For beginner and intermediate level players! Length of season is dependent on the number of participants! Players will be paired up each week with their opponent and schedule their own playing time. Winner T-shirts awarded to the top 3. Begins June 1st. Register by May 29th. FALL EVENTS LOSE YOUR BOOTYBOOTCAMP Starts Saturday, September 12 Our very successful 10-week weight-loss program for up to 20 people. Participants will be divided into two competing teams to ‘lose” together. You will receive fitness testing, an individual session with a personal trainer, a class with the nutritionist, weekly weigh-ins and competition as well as your own personal fitness classes. Every participant receives a team t-shirt, winning team receives a prize and the overall loser wins a year membership! Y member $150 General Public $200 VOLLEYBALL Begins September 10 The volleyball league is designed for participants 18 & older. The league format is round-robin play ending with a tournament. League fees are $110.00 a team per session. If you would like to be assigned to a team contact Connie Udell. Games are played on Thursday evenings beginning around 6:30PM depending on the number of teams. NOTE: This year there will be two levels: Level I for those with less experience and playing time and Level II for those more competitive. Please specify which league when you register. A fun summer-long event that will challenge you to become more fit! Top prize is a $100 gift certificate to Dick’s Sporting Goods. A summer of variety if you are looking at ways to stay motivated! Weekly challenges that will include strength training, cardio, Fun Runs, bike rides, and plenty more! COST FOR THE WHOLE SUMMER TO PARTICIPATE: $18.00. Cost includes your choice of unique tank top or t-shirt as well as other smaller prizes. Look for the flyers at the front desk with further details! 30th ANNUAL FALL CLASSIC 5K & 10K RACE and KID’S PUMPKIN DASH with a party after at the Rock on the River! October 17th @ 9AM The race begins and ends at the YMCA with refreshments and awards at The Rock on the River. We have the best multi-colored thermal t-shirt around for runners! Dig out and wear your oldest “Fall Classic” shirt to win a prize as well! Awards presented to first place winners and overall winners in each age category. Award to the person who wears the OLDEST Fall Classic shirt! COST: $25.00 prior to race day/$30.00 on race day **Includes cost of party at The Rock. Team cost (4 per team) $80 prior to race day/$90.00 race day.**Family and friends can join the party for $5.00/p.p. KID’S PUMPKIN DASH

Begins approximately 10:15AM when the Fall Classic runners finish. All kids receive a “glow in the dark” shirt and a pumpkin. Sponsors: Mercy Hospital, Pepsi and The Rock. COST: $10.00 prior to race day/$12.00 race day. Party at The Rock included in price/others $5.00/p.p.
