ORDER At the Final Pretrial Conference held on October 20, 2009, the Defendants moved the Court for permission to access the Internet from the courtroom and nearby conference rooms during the trial of the above-captioned matter. The Court being duly advised in the premises, upon all of the files, records and proceedings herein, now makes and enters the following Order. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 1.

Attorneys for the Parties, their staff, and their third-party trial support personnel are permitted to access the Internet from within the courtroom after opening statements, including the conference rooms, for the limited purposes of: a. Communicating via email with counsel of record and their staff and consultants regarding the above-entitled matter; and

b. Transmitting exhibits to and receiving exhibits from third-party trial support personnel for purposes of use at trial. 2.
