FAMILY CIRCLE MAGAZINE STADIUM FACILITY SPECIFICATIONS Venue: The Family Circle Tennis Center is a thirty-two acre facility beautifully nestled along the banks of the Wando River.
Capacity: The stadium contains four seating sections: Floor, First Level, Second Level and Third Level. • • • •
Floor Seating = 976 seats with mix on floor, 1066 mix on concourse First Level = 696 Box Seats Second Level = 1804 Box Seats Third Level = 3917 Bleacher Seats
Max: Concert with end stage-7483 Other events without floor seating- 10,200 (See Concert Manifest and Seating Configurations for details.) * Capacity can be increased/decreased depending on the stage size and PA system.
Floor Size: The Stadium Floor size is one hundred and twenty six feet wide (126’) by seventyeight feet (78’) wide.

Private entrance tunnel Height- seven feet and four inches (7’4”) Width- ten feet (10’) Length- forty feet (40’) Twenty feet (20’) from private stadium Changing Room to backstage. Four Hundred and fifty feet (450’) from private Clubhouse Dressing rooms to backstage.
Loading Area: Entrance tunnel accessed by vehicles with tunnel height restriction of seven feet and four inches (7’4”). Unloading area allows two (2) trailers to be unloaded simultaneously.

Show Power ¾ One 200 amp, three phase, 208 volt disconnect in each of the four floor-level corners of the stadium facility (Four total). See attached diagram. ¾ One 400 amp, three phase, 208 volt disconnect located in the electrical building (Approximately 40 feet from stage right).

TV Power ¾ 200 amps, three phase, 208 volt disconnect along stadium site perimeter one hundred and twenty feet (120’) from the stadium. This will be along Seven Farms Road at the West side of the Stadium. More available at a longer distance.
Stadium Lighting: The Stadium has four light towers that can max out one hundred and fifty (150) candle watt powers at each tower. The Concourse is adequately lit on the upper concourse and fixed lights on the back of each of the six (6) stair towers.
Mix Location and Platform: The preferred mix location is on the north side of the stadium one hundred twenty six feet (126’) from center stage and is in front of sections 58 and 60. This area will be a twelve-foot (12’) by twelve Foot (12’) area facing the stage. An alternative mix station is available on the first level concourse directly in front of the stage, approximately one hundred fifty feet (150’).

Box Office/Will Call The Box Office is a stand alone kiosk located in front of the entrance to the facility and has three hundred and sixty- five square feet (365’) of workspace with 4 service windows.
GUEST SERVICES Information Desk: This area is available at the front entrance to the Stadium in the Northwest corner, adjacent to the main stair towers. A 15 x 15 foot tent is available. • • •

Four Concession Stands, two on the North end and two on the South end. One Café and Bar at Clubhouse.
First aid: Staff and supplies provided during events, provided by Berkeley County EMS.
Grand Lawn: Twenty thousand square feet (20,000’) of available front lawn space adjacent to the stadium perfectly situated for various event uses.

2 Women’s 2 Men’s Restrooms are located on the East and West sides of the Stadium
Public Elevator: Use available to all guests including those in need of assistance. The elevator is located on the North East end of the Stadium and provides access to the second level for second and third level seating.
Loading Access Gate: Directly accessible from Seven Farms Drive at the Northwest corner of the stadium. A gravel access road leads to lower-weight-bearing stadium pavers around to tunnel.
Wheel Chair Ramp: At the Southwest end of the stadium allowing easy access to the concourse.
GENERAL INFORMATION Stadium: Scheduled for use as specified in licensed agreement. Gates generally open one to two hours prior to event start time.
Boat Landing: There is a boat dock and boardwalk connecting to the back of the facility to downtown Charleston that is approximately a 20-minute ride by water.
