Eyes On The Prize

One basic lesson of Christianty is this: That we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth. Ephesians 6:12-14. Every faithful believer will eventually discover that there are many spiritual adversaries to the true faith in God. Yet God has always provided a way out of all trouble and temptation. 1 Corinthians 10:13 Jesus himself was blasted by the fiery darts of the devil after his baptism, Matthew chapter 4. If you have been baptized in Jesus name you will face the hordes of Hell. Relax your in good hands with God. If God be for us, who can be against us? Nobody ever overcame God nor has he or will ever lose a battle. The babbler or Satan will try to lie his way in and cause you to doubt God; if you stand true and God will rescue you from all things in his time. Yes, sometimes we all suffer and not so much from Satan, but from the entrance of sin and it's effects upon this present world. Look up because your redemption draws nigh. It will get much worse before it gets better. Let us look to the reward, this will keep us in the dark days to come. If it worked for Abraham then it is good enough for me! Keep your eyes on the prize!
