Extracurricular Activities List: Student Intern - International Center at University of California, Irvine Job Description: Office Administrative work base that support International Student on their immigration process including visa renewal and academic planning issues. Since International Center particular aim on helping International Student, I had a chance to work with all types of ethic groups around the world and understanding the basic immigration rules apply to International Student. The main skills I learned is communicational skills and customer service orientation. Student Worker – Reprographics at East Los Angeles College Job Description: Servicing faculty and the college for their printing material include flayers, classroom material, and brochures for student. Job include basic graphic design, printing press operation, and quality control. On the other hand, the department also runs the college mailing service providing mail delivery, and mailing in large quantity of college letter. Working under a department that consist of two functional purpose, I learned to be multi tasking, team work with numbers of stuff working together, quality focus on the printing material. Los Angeles Urban Project (Summer 2006) Activities Description: Los Angeles Urban Project is a project that held in the greater Los Angeles area for six weeks with Intervarsity. Intervarsity Christian Fellowship serves students in college all around the world. The purpose of LAUP is to provide college students the opportunity to serve the poor both physically and spiritually. Although this summer mission have not started, I am actually preparing myself and learned communication and team work as we are going as a team from University of California, Irvine. I also learned time management to set aside my study and serve my summer to the neighborhood.
