celebrate Independence on two days, the 15th and the 16th of September. • They decorate their houses and place flags in our windows and cars on this day.

Corn is originally from Mexico • Pozole is a traditional corn dish in Mexio • It’s a stew or soup made from pork (or other meat), chili pepper, and other seasonings and garnish, such as cabbage, lettuce, radish, avocado, lime juice, etc • People eat it on independence day
