Event Policies

Policies for Montalvo Arts Center Events Alcohol Alcoholic beverages may not be brought onto Montalvo grounds, but beer and wine are available for purchase at our concessions stands up to 90 minutes before most events. The concessions stands will close approximately 10 minutes after intermission or about half way through a performance where an intermission is not scheduled. Children Every person, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Concert Times and Artists Artists, venues, and concert times are subject to change but Montalvo will do its best to notify ticket holders. Some shows will include an unannounced opening act. Electronics Please be courteous to concert-goers around you and turn off or silent your cell phone. If you need to make a call, please leave the concert area. Video/audio recorders and cameras are not permitted. Picnicking Picnicking is allowed one hour prior to Carriage House shows and 90 minutes prior to Garden Theatre shows. Weather Performances are scheduled "rain or shine." Please bring proper attire in case of inclement weather. Note: open umbrellas are not permitted in the theatre during the performance.
