Directions to Venue Burleigh Community College Thorpe Hill Loughborough Leicestershire LE11 4SQ From the North and the South: Turn off the M1 at Junction 23 and head towards Loughborough along the A512. You will head through 2 sets of traffic lights and come to a roundabout, go straight over towards Loughborough, then stay in the left-hand lane. At the next set of traffic lights, turn left up Schofield Road. After about 150m there is a mini-roundabout, go straight over, travel about another 150m. The College is on the left hand side, you need to enter through Gate 4. Map: http://tinyurl.com/cbffmy

Public Transport The nearest mainline railway station is Loughborough, which is about three miles from the venue. Taxis are available outside the station, and should cost about £4-£5 to get to the venue. There are local bus services available, Service 5 on the Kinch Bus will get you from Loughborough Town Centre to directly outside the venue. There are shuttle buses from the railway station to/from the Town Centre.

Car Parking There is plenty of parking available at the venue. Go through Gate 4, and car parking is available immediately, you can drive down the lefthand side of the sports centre (you will see ahead of you) for more car parking which is closer to the entrance of the playing fields.

Important Venue Information There are a few ‘house-keeping’ matters to bring to your attention:

4

Litter bins – there will be a number of litter bins provided around the venue and on the fields themselves. Please use the bins provided to help keep the venue tidy. Toilets – will be accessible all day in the main sports centre closest to the pitches. Sports Centre – please use the side entrance to the sports centre which goes straight into the toilets and changing rooms. Do not use the main entrance to the sports centre, we do not want players dragging mud into the carpets indoors. Please respect the building, any damage must be paid for. Cricket Square – there is a cricket square close to the pitches, please refrain from walking over it when throwing around or during warm-ups. Water – there will be containers for pitch water that will be re-filled during the day. Should you need to fill up your own water bottles there is a tap on the outside of the sports centre, and also a tap by the cricket square on the fields.

Emergency Procedure There will be no First Aid or Physio on site. Should you have a minor injury that needs attention, there is a NHS Walk-In Centre located in Loughborough (directions below), should any major injuries be suffered the nearest Accident & Emergency is in Leicester (directions below). If there is a major accident on pitch, then the TD will sort out an ambulance for you. Walk-In Centre Turn right out of Burleigh College, go back down to the main road, turn left at the traffic lights heading towards Loughborough. Continue straight at the roundabout into Loughborough. You will come to a set of traffic lights next to Sainsbury’s, turn left down a one-way street. At the end, turn right. After a few pedestrian crossings, you will pass McDonalds on your left-hand side, take the second left by the Phantom pub, the Centre will be on your left-hand side. Leicester A&E You can either go south on the M1 for a couple of junctions, or take the A6 from Loughborough Town Centre. Leicester will be well signposted from Loughborough. Head into Leicester town centre and pick up the signposts for Hospital which again will be well signposted.
