Essay Outline: Why We Shouldn’t Have National Health Care (that is all-inclusive and mandatory) Points: 1. Encourages/Produced by the entitlement mentality of America – therefore, harmful to society 2. Forces Americans to pay expenses they do not incur, further lengthening the already great reach of the long arm of the IRS into our pockets, without the option of not paying 3. Idealistic, but open to abuse and very expensive 4. If flawed, unlikely to be changed thanks to our ineffectual Congress that rarely follows through. 5. Would screw up anything in our economy tied to the industry (Combine with #3?) 6. Alternative: 1. Optional Health Care 2. You only pay if you take part in it 3.
