Sent from the Internet (Details) Nanci, I received the 1st amendment signed in California from Robert Jones' office. When I showed it to Elizabeth, she advised me that it was not her signature on the document and that she did not recall signing such a document in California. She definitely recalls signing the First Amendment dated September 16, 1997, in Hawaii before the notary. In further discussions with Mr. Jones, he is not sure how the unnotarized First Amendment dated September 19, 1997, came to be in his file. As stated in our recent pleading, he believes he made an erroneous assumption when he saw it in his file and prepared the affidavit that he had submitted earlier. We will let the California authorities handle the investigation into the alleged forgery because that is where jurisdiction properly lies. It is our position that the signatures on the California 1st Amendment do not affect the validity of the First Amendment that was signed and notarized in Hawaii. Rhonda Rhonda L. How did you obtain a copy of the 1st Amendment signed in California? Did Robert Jones send that to you? Also according to the police Detective in Atascadero, Fred Pflum, you stated that Elizabeth was NOT in California on September of 1997 three days after the 1st Amendment was signed in Hawaii and therefore she DID NOT SIGN the document. If that is true then do you anticipate any legal recourse against Robert Jones with respect to the forgery on the Amendment signed in California? Nanci Meek Private Investigator (760) 413-5660 Cell
