Description of the product: What is the product/service like? What is the purpose of your proposed product/service? How do you come up with this product/service?

Our business’ product is a shoes sole. It is a additional sole that the customers can put in their own shoes at home. The differences of our product from the existing ones in the market are: 1. Our sole not only provides a feature of deodorizing the bad smell of the feet, but it also comes with different fragrances of customer’s choices. 2. It is shaped in specific way, with curves and dents, in order to support the feet’s shape which will further helps with the health of the customers: gaining less pain after a long walk and improving health in a long term. The idea of a shoes sole is brought up because the odor is a common problem in everyone’s daily life, either having it on their own or facing it by people nearby, which is often neglected because there are very few solutions to that problem that really do the solving at the right point. Some similar products of our rivals only offer one of the features at a time, but we combine it and compress them all in one. Moreover, by making it into a sole, the customers can still be fashionable and rock their own style of shoes instead of buying a new expensive pair of shoes which sometimes seems to be outdated by its limited possibility of design.

Intended target market: Why this group of customers is your target market? The group of customers that most likely to purchase our product are people who walked a lot, having foot odor and having problem with normal shoes pad, flat feet. The normal shoes pad that sell in the market are usually flat and don’t support the feet. This causes discomfort, pain,  and in some cases, serious joint and foot problems. So the customers who usually walk a lot  and have an abnormal foot shape would be one of our target group. Moreover, the feature of  deodorizing bad odor can be attracted to most of the population, from students to adults.  These people usually wear shoes from morning until night so they can experienced foot odor  at the end of the day.

Benefits of the product/service: what are the benefits? How does the proposed product/service add values or solve a problem? The benefits of the product are to support different types of feet (eg. flat feet), to reduce the smell coming from feet and to provide refreshing smell to shoes in which they will last in a hygienic condition as long as the sole How is your product/service different from your competitors? Apart from reducing a smell, our product also provides you a fresh smell as well, and with the new feature which is health-care design, it will make you feel comfortable in every steps of yours. Basic description of the company’s management team: work experience/background of the people in your management team. In this section, you have to come up with it by yourself but what is provided has to show a relation on how it would help managing the proposed product. For example: Lisa wants to open a healthy milkshake store. She used to work as a nutritionist and knows what could be used, replaced, and substituted to make delicious and nutritious milkshake.

Our shoes soles product is a product that provides both fragrance and customer’s health. We would need to work with both physical therapist and also perfumers at the same time. We would work with the physical therapist to figure out about the therapy and the support for the shoe soles and we would work with the perfumers to deal with the scent of a soles. The physical therapist should be the physical therapist that masters about giving a therapy on a lower part of the body such as feet, angles and legs. The perfumers should have a enough experience to know whether which smells would fit the best with shoe smells problems.
