Qualifier: As of now it is a simple self-appraisal exercise on how an Entrepreneur-CEO has scored against the 'Ideal' (Maximum/Minimum). It is an attempt at understanding the 360 degree management accountability of an Entrepreneur- CEO. The exercise can be extended to allow for the 'Ideal', the Target Commitment for a specific period against the ‘’Ideal’, and Actual Achievement against Target. This just means adding 2 more columns. It is really designed as an honest and simple estimation exercise towards self-motivation, rather than an article or handout. Over-all assessment is somewhat dangerous because 'averaging' will tend to cover-up serious deficiencies. What the CEO needs to highlight from the process is to set his priorities clear for improving his leadership performance. It could be interpreted as a continuous focused SWOT Analysis.
