Phone: 0462-2552755 REGISTRAR Fax : 0462-2552877 Ref: AUTVL/SA/Circular/2009/ Date: 23rd June, 2009 CIRCULAR It is brought to the notice of the competent authority of the University that many of the Affiliated Institutions have started the college despite the instructions from the University to reopen the affiliated colleges on 15.07.2009. Opening of the college prior to the date already announced is a violation of University norms and action will be initiated against such erring institutions. Further, complaints have also been received by the University that the affiliated colleges demand the students to pay the tuition fee for the academic year 2009-10 immediately and the students are also being fined for not paying the fees. Complaints of such nature will be viewed seriously by the University. The Affiliated colleges are hereby directed to close the college until the scheduled date immediately. /By order/ REGISTRAR
