INSTALL ECONOMIZER: Before installment: Boiler is working with 75% efficiency, •Temp of make-up water= 20 0C •Temp of flue gas

=280 0C

•Existing system total cost=7.66 lakhs

After installment: • temp of feed water= 85.8 0C • Investment= 4,55,000 rs •Savings/yr = 3.105 lakhs •Pay back = 1.4649 years

INSTALLMENT OF COMBUSTION ANALYSER: The higher temperature of flue gas shows that there is some problem with the fuel combustion. If there is improper combustion, then there is not only the wastage of fuel but also hazardous to envoironment due to formation of CO, NOX, , SOX.
