1- Contract Administrator We are looking for a Contract Manager who has been involved in pre and post contract work execution. Detailed Job Responsibilities: Develop and administer all contract documents from the tender process through to contract closeout including variations and issue resolution for design, construction and other project related contracts. • Monitor the permanent materials procurement activities by others providing consultation when requested. • Evaluate potential risks to the client and to the project and thereafter suggest measures to reduce risks to levels acceptable by the Client. • Management and coordination of award process. • Development of contract documents including tender documents. • Demonstrates in depth knowledge of contract & FIDIC • Past experience in contracts administration ensuring compliance with contracts terms & conditions and monitoring variations and claims Requirements: • Must have a minimum of 6 years experience. • Experience as Contracts Manager on major developments • Experience in pre and post contract work • French/Arabic (required for placement in Morocco) and basic English language • Membership to RICS or equivalent is preferred •

Date Required: September 2008 for placement in Dubai, Kuwait and Morocco

2- Sr. Planner We are seeking experienced Planner with an appropriate degree and a minimum of 6 years experience. Preference will be given to candidates who are fully acquainted with Primavera P3 scheduling software. Detailed Job Responsibilities: • • • •

Review and prepare master plan and conceptual design. Perform and supervising schedule development Involved in maintenance, monitoring and recovery plan activities Must be the on-site point of contact for all formal discussions with the client, and direct a team of project controls professionals to manage design, schedule, and budget.

Requirements: • Candidates must have a minimum of 6 years experience • Must have strong Oral and written communication in French (for placement in Morocco) and English. • Qualified candidates must have a BS in Construction Management, Engineering or related fields. Date Required: September 2008 for placement in Dubai, Kuwait and Morocco

3- Design Manager We are presently seeking an experienced Design Manager to work on a major project in Morocco. Detailed Job Responsibilities: • •

Monitor the performance of the Design Consultant to ensure the Design correctness and completeness as well as compliance with the scope of work requirements. Conduct all design management responsibilities planning, supervising, coordinating all designing phases from master plan, maintain a record of the Design Consultant(s) submittals and control in a timely manner the submittals/correspondence received from the Design Consultant(s). Ensure that the Design Consultant(s) has considered the end user’s requirements as stated in the statement of requirement/TOR. Be able to provide general guidance and assistant to consultants and contractors of the development

Candidates must have a minimum of 6 years experience Must have strong Oral and written communication in French (for Morocco) and English. Qualified candidates must have a BS in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related fields. Preference shall be given to candidates members of RICS, RIBA or AIA.

Date Required: September 2008 for placement in Dubai, Kuwait and Morocco We prefer candidates with formal certification of Project Management Professional from PMI.
