We are into the following:  Vertical storage tanks designed and fabricated to BSEN 2654 OR API 650  Types produced include site welded, fixed roof and floating roof  Supplied complete with all tank attachments such as ladders, stairs, walkways and nozzles. We can also provide gauges, level indicators, floating roof deals, roof drains, internal floating roofs and fire-fighting systems. Tanks are delivered on-site in knocked down condition ready for erection. Tank materials can be supplied in bare- untreated form or grit-blasted and primed condition.  Steel buildings for the construction industry  Mezzanines  Overhead crane support structures  Walkways, stairways and ladders  Pipe supports, pipe bridges and supporting structures  Cladding systems Position: Operations Manager Reports to the Managing Director

RESPONSIBILITIES     

Day to day supervision of workshop Coordinating all projects both within and outside the workshop Planning and organizing all resource requirements for all projects Maintaining discipline at workshop and all projects within approved budget levels Other responsibilities as may be assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS  Suitable applicants must have sound experience in Engineering construction with particular emphasis on storage tanks for petro-chemical applications  Must have a solid understanding of storage tank designs and construction. A basic level engineering qualification would be preferred.  Must have knowledge of vertical tanks design and fabricated to BSEN 2651 OR API 650  Must have a minimum of five years relevant experience, two years of which must be at management level

     

Must show evidence of ability to work under pressure and for long hours Must be willing to travel regularly to project sites and under short notice Must be able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously Should be a team player, disciplined and of high ethical behavior Must be able to work effectively with people of diverse backgrounds Must work to tight safety and commercial guidelines

Structural steelworks Vertical storage tanks Horizontal / rectangular tanks Gantry crane steel frames Stacks and ducts, exhaust systems General fabrication
