It is an open letter to the Chief Election Commissioner Govt. Of India, New Delhi, to verify the means and mode and quality of advertisement of party campaign. The mode, either audio or visual, it should not horrify the public, if it horrified the public, immediately it should be banned. Now, in Kolkata some party is displaying a big –big poster’s as such type where a half burned dead girl is laying on the ground or do as some other type which is horrifying the small children’s and others. I saw this poster displayed everywhere in the town. I don’t know why this type of posters is displayed against whom. I think here, in West Bengal, only these types of advertisement will do nothing to the voters, here every citizen knows better to select the perfect candidate. So these types of posters will immediately withdraw from the roads in Kolkata and other places it is displayed.
