13 Check VoiceMail
A's Phone's VMS is light. A calls 1603 to retreive the voice mail. Or A calls 1604 and dial the user extension and password to retreive the voice mail.
14 Call Forward
Press FWD and to enable, press FWD again to disable. Forward number can be set in LCD menu or WEB GUI. Press DND to enable, press DND again to disable
