TEACHING EXPERIENCE Practicum II- River Heights School Medicine Hat, Alberta Grade Four September 2018-April 2019 Fourth Year Practicum Placement •   Extended Program Option o   Participating in the full week of preparation for students in August. o   Attended the first full week of school in September. o   Continued coming into the classroom once a week until my full term practicum officially started. •   Responsible for teaching all grade four subject matter under the supervision of a mentor teacher. •   Teaching fifty, seventy-five, and one hundred percent of the course load. •   Twelve weeks. EDUC 4104- Notre Dame Academy Medicine Hat, Alberta Grade Six January 2018-March 2018 Physical Education Placement •   Responsible for teaching physical education once a week. Practicum I- Notre Dame Academy Medicine Hat, Alberta Grade Six and Seven November 2017- December 2017 Third Year Practicum Placement •   Responsible for teaching grades six and seven mathematics and grade six science. Also instructed in the baseball/softball academy for grades six and seven. •   Five weeks- teaching up to fifty percent of the course load. •   Assisted the basketball program for grade seven, eight, and nine boy’s teams.

EDTS 232- Crescent Heights High School Medicine Hat, Alberta Grade Seven and Ten October 2015-December 2015 Observation Practicum •   Observed a grade seven physical education class as well as a grade ten CALM course, and had the opportunity to teach two lessons in the physical education class. •   Thirty hours.

LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE Rattlers Athletic Leadership Initiative Medicine Hat, Alberta Vice President, Medicine Hat College Rattlers September 2017- April 2018 •   Responsible for community outreach programs associated with the Rattlers athletic teams. •   Ensured that student athletes fulfilled their volunteer requirements that were needed in the community and initiatives throughout the Medicine Hat College.
