Inquiry Question: How can teachers maintain or increase their overall wellness?

We chose this topic because we have both heard the words “teacher burnout” used way too often with teachers and we want to be prepared.

How can teachers balance their home and work lives?



Burn out occurs when a teacher, who was once passionate and excited about the field, experiences feelings of chronic exhaustion and hopelessness about the job.
