1. I know that I should pay all the fees before 7th June of every year for odd Semester and 7th December of every year for even semester. Also I know that the mess fee has to be paid before 10 th of every month.

2. I know that I should have 75% of attendance in each subject for writing the university / board Examination at every semester.

3. I am aware that for Continuing the SRET – Excel Scholarship, I should pass all my Subjects in university / Board Examination for continuation of all Government scholarship I know that, I should submit the scholarship renewal form through online / offline as per the government norms.

4. I, hereby declare that, I will neither join in any coercive agitation/strike for the purpose of forcing the authorities of the institute to solve any problem, nor I will participate in any activity which has a tendency to disturb the peace and tranquility of life of the EXCEL GROUP INSTITUTIONS, Komarapalayam Campus and/or its Hostel premises.

5. I know that a final order has been issued by the Honorable high court, Madras for the writ petition No: 22244 & W.M.P. No 232288 of 2017. Based on the order, Anna University announced that the “College students should not enter colleges in inebriated conditions, failing which they will be removed from the college and they will not be allowed inside the campus”.

6. I know that I should follow proper dress code and must wear Valid ID card inside the college campus. I also know that I must show my ID card inside the college premises on demand.

7. I know that, I should submit the leave form during vacation, Month end holidays and any kind of leave, before leaving the hostel.

8. I know that during month end holidays, hostel maintenance works will be taken up, so I have to leave the hostel to facilitate the maintenance work.

9. As per rules, the students who are debarred for Anna University / board Examination and rejoining students, will not be eligible for PMS Scholarship.
