I am requesting funding for the "COPS Law Enforcement Technology for Vieques, PR" in Fiscal Year 2010. The funding would be used to help the Municipality ofVieqnes, PR to purchase and deploy new crime-fighting technology in Vieques, Puerto Rico. The entity to receive funding for this project is the Municipality of Vieques, located at Calle Carlos Lebrum #449 Vieques, PR 00765. I certify that neither I nor my spouse has any financial interest in this project.
