QIT Meeting at South Zone and Podanur Works Quality Improvement Team Meetings have been revived to discuss the various issues relating to entire operations of the Zones and Plants. Suggestions / improvement measures received from employees are analysed and implemented from time-to-time. Best suggestions received from employees are suitably rewarded. To update their day-to-day work knowledge, officials from Siemens conducted a PLC Training Programme for all the concerned operators and officials drawn from different Plants of the company.

At Kymore, apart from training the employees, our company has taken an initiative to impart training to the spouses of the employees on the various issues such as financial planning, learning computers, cookery, communication skills etc. The initiative taken by the company was widely accepted and highly appreciated by all.

There was a heavy turnout of families and children inspite of severe cold.The morning started with party games like musical chairs, relay races for men and women, Tambola followed by sumptuous lunch and a very exciting round of Antakshari.The major attraction being the puppet show and the magic show, enjoyed by all.
