Executive Summary

Durian dan jengkol merupakan aneka buah-buahan yang juga banyak terdapat didaerah riau khususnya di kabupaten Rokan Hulu yang memiliki ribuan batang pohon durian. Manfaat dari durian itu sendiri bagi kesehatan yaitu mengatasi sembelit, mengatasi anemia, membantu pembentukan tulang dan gigi, mencegah depresi dan stress, meringkan migrain, dan menjaga gula darah.

○Bakso saat ini masih sedikit inovasi dalam pengolahan nya sehingga cenderung akan membuat masyarakat bosan, jadi kami membuat usaha bakso durian lapis jengkol ini agar masyarakat tertarik untuk mecicipi hal yang baru.

○Untuk segmen pasar kami

memilih seluruh kalangan masyarakat terutama anak-anak dan mahasiswa.

Tujuan Usaha Menemukan cara dan komposisi yang tepat untuk dapat menghasilkan bakso durian lapis jengkol dan kuah bakso berbahan olahan asam durian

Mempromosikan produk olahan berbahan dasar asam durian dan jengkol sehingga banyak konsumen yang tertarik dan datang untuk menikmatinya. Mengetahui peluang pasar terhadap produk olahan berbahan dasar asam durian dan jengkol ◦Memiliki tujuan usaha yang integratif antara aspek managemen usaha. ◦Menciptakan usaha yang sehat dan menciptakan income yang optimal

brand usaha kami ini yaitu “Dulaje Meatball”.dimana arti dari brand kami ini adalah dulaje merupakan singakatan dari durian lapis jengkol dan meatball adalah bakso, jadi maksud brand kami ini yaitu bakso durian lapis jengkol. Usaha kami ini akan dibuka di jalan Subrantas, Panam. Tempat ini kami pilih karena tempatnya yang strategis karena berada dekat dengan kampus Universitas Riau dan yang jelas banyak terdapat mahasiswa maupun masyarakat umumnya. Dan ini juga merupakan promosi terhadap mahasiswa maupun masyarakat umum lainnya untuk produk terbaru kami.
