$17.25 psf per year with 3% increases per year.
CAM, TAXES, INSURANCE: Tenant agrees to pay its pro-rata share of common area maintenance (CAM), taxes and insurance, which is currently estimated to be $3.72 psf per year. INITIAL MONTHLY RENT: $ 2,796.00 (This includes Tenant’s estimated pro- rata share of real estate taxes, CAM, and Landlord’s common area insurance referred to above).
