Top Drive Systems
Drilling efficiency and safety are our primary objectives. The use of a top drive system provides the operator substantial benefits over traditional Kelly drilling. • Drilling with 90 ft triple stands means fewer drill pipe connections, decreasing drilling time by up to 30% • Greater control of directional drilling tools provides quicker tool orientation • Reaming with triple drill pipe lengths leads to faster overall reaming • Ability to circulate mud and rotate while tripping reduces the risks of stuck drill pipe • Accurate tool joint make-up extends the life of the drill pipe • Ability to stab and close IBOP at any time • Fewer connections and no Kelly bushing at the floor means safer, more efficient drill floors We supply a full line of AC electric top drives from 250 to 1,000 tons, hydraulic top drive 190 tons and 250 tons, and power swivel 150 tons. Sunnda knows that short lead time is important for the drilling contractors those days. All of our top drives and power swivels can be delivered to the customers with short lead time so that their drilling needs are met in time.

F-series Triplex Mud Pumps
SD-F1600 Triplex Mud Pump Sunnda supplies 5 models of F-series triplex mud pumps: SD-F500, SD-F800, SD-F1000, SD-F1300 and SD-F1600, whose power ranges from 500 HP to 1,600 HP. We also supply spare parts for fluid end expendables for our F-series mud pumps. Our F-series triplex mud pumps are manufactured in accordance with API Spec 7K. For solid and reliable performance on various drilling rigs, you can count on mud pumps from Sunnda. We supply unitized mud pump packages driven by electric motors (DC or AC) or diesel engines at our customers’ choices. The stroke length of F-series triplex mud pumps is long; therefore, they can be used at smaller number of strokes per minute to prolong the service life of fluid end expendables. F-series of triplex mud pumps have been widely used and accepted for various land and offshore drilling operation under different kinds of environments.
