Accurately identifies the underlying 'questions' of the play and provides a well developed interpretation and communicates his/her vision to the actors. Articulates the rationale for all artistic choices and create and implement a complete rehearsal/production schedule. Demonstrates an increased ability to work collaboratively as a director with his/her actors. Demonstrates problem solving skills and use of reason in a logical sequence.

The Director's influence and guidance is present in the actors vocal, movement, and character choices.
